Terms and Conditions

1. Order Finality & No-Cancellation Policy

All orders placed through our website or online ordering platforms are final and binding upon successful payment confirmation.

Because bottled drinking water products require immediate inventory allocation and prompt delivery route scheduling, orders are processed immediately after checkout. Accordingly, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once placed.

Customers are required to review their cart, delivery details, and quantities carefully before confirming payment.

By completing an online purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• The order is immediately prepared for packing and dispatch
• No general right to cancel applies once the order is confirmed. 
• Any cancellation requests will be considered solely at the company’s discretion and only prior to packing



2. Compliance with South African Consumer Law

This policy is drafted in accordance with:
• The Consumer Protection Act
• The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act

In terms of Section 44 of ECTA, a cooling-off period for online purchases may not apply to goods that are consumable in nature or prepared and allocated for immediate delivery. Bottled drinking water products fall within this operational category once packed and scheduled for dispatch.

Nothing in this policy limits the customer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.



3. Exceptional Cancellation Requests

Spring Water SA may, at its sole discretion, consider a cancellation request only if:
• The request is received immediately after order placement, and
• The order has not yet been packed or allocated to a delivery route

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be assessed operationally on a case-by-case basis.

Where approved, refunds may be issued as:
• Original payment reversal, or
• Account credit for future purchases



4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following circumstances:
• Product delivered is damaged, leaking, or defective
• Incorrect product supplied
• Order paid for but not delivered due to company fault
• Stock unavailability resulting in order cancellation by the company

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide reasonable supporting evidence (such as photographs) to facilitate assessment.



5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued where:
• The customer provided an incorrect delivery address
• The customer was unavailable to receive delivery at the agreed time
• Delivery was refused after dispatch
• The product has been opened, consumed, or used
• Cancellation is requested after the order has been packed or dispatched



6. Replacement Policy

Where a defect or delivery error is verified, Spring Water SA will arrange, at its discretion:
• A replacement delivery, or
• A full or partial refund

Our commitment is to ensure that every bottle delivered reflects our standards of purity, quality, and excellence.



7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While every effort is made to adhere to scheduled delivery windows, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Traffic disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain or operational interruptions

In such instances, deliveries will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity.



8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to banking processing timelines.



9. Customer Support

All refund or exceptional cancellation requests must be submitted with the following details:
• Order number
• Full name
• Contact number
• Reason for request



10. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

11. Shipping Policy

Spring Water SA trading hours is Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. 

We are closed on all public holidays.

All Orders are processed during these days and times. 

12. Delivery Policy

Once we receive payment, expected time for delivery is within 3-5 working days for Cape Town and Johannesburg.

 All other areas: 7-10 working days. 

Please ensure the address you provide is clear and that someone will be there to receive the delivery.
