Delivery Timeframes

Once your order and payment have been confirmed, your order will be prepared for packing and delivery scheduling.

  • Standard delivery is usually completed within 1–3 business days in available areas.
  • Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or high-volume order days.
  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible after successful payment confirmation.

Order Processing

Because bottled drinking water products require immediate inventory allocation and prompt delivery route scheduling, orders are processed immediately after checkout.

Customers are required to review their cart, delivery details and quantities carefully before confirming payment.

Delivery Details

  • Please ensure your delivery address, contact number and order details are correct.
  • A person must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailable recipients may result in delays or additional delivery charges.

Collections

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear details of the issue.

We will review the matter and assist with a replacement, correction or suitable resolution where applicable.
