Shipping & Delivery Policy

Spring Water SA operates Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We are closed on public holidays.

Orders are processed during these operating hours only.

Once payment is successfully received:

• Cape Town & Johannesburg: 3–5 working days
• All other areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on operational scheduling and area accessibility.

Customers must ensure:

• Delivery address details are accurate and complete
• Someone is available to receive the order

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

Delivery rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.

While we aim to meet scheduled delivery windows, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Traffic disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain or operational interruptions

In such cases, delivery will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity.
